Mr Stevenson, who joined the Brooke Weston Trust as a director in July 2013, offered advice on the interview process for Cambridge and Oxford Universities and conducted a mock interview with them ahead of their real interviews.

Head of Brooke Weston Academy's Sixth Form Mrs Nina Smith said, ‘The students really valued this experience – although it was not enjoyable! It was, however, a fantastic opportunity to experience an interview with someone unfamiliar, who was really tough on them, meaning that they could focus on key areas they needed to develop before they go to Cambridge or Oxford in the next few weeks.’
