As part of their Year 6 topic on 'War & Peace', students from Oakley Vale Primary School visited the Royal British Legion's National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire.
While exploring they learned about the various monuments, and participated in workshops based on the different roles and responsibilities of a wide range of people beyond the 'Tommy' in the trench.
