Brooke Weston Trust and Northamptonshire Teaching School Hub hosted the inaugural 'Northamptonshire Schools' Mental Health & Wellbeing Conference 2024' on March 12th. With the theme 'Rising to the Challenge,' 160 delegates from various organisations, including Multi-Academy Trusts, Schools, and local services, explored invaluable insights, strategies and discussions led by field experts.
The education sector is fast-paced and recent trends continue to show an increase in women's representation in leadership roles*. Within Brooke Weston Trust, women hold diverse positions, from educators to professional support staff. Furthermore, we have 73 female leaders working across the Trust.

To mark National Apprenticeship Week, we are thrilled to announce an initiative as part of our ongoing commitment to the professional development of our staff. In collaboration with 'Primary Goal,' a leading provider of IT, Digital, and Cyber Training, we have secured funding for no less than 60 digital apprenticeships.
This is a significant stride towards enhancing the digital literacy and skills of our colleagues, reinforcing our dedication to their personal and professional growth.

Brooke Weston Trust is delighted to announce that it has been awarded Institutional Member Status by the Chartered College of Teaching. The status recognises the Trust’s commitment to professional learning and evidence-informed practice through the Chartered College of Teaching for their staff.
Theresa Jackson joined the Trust as Head of Catering in 2022, bringing with her over two decades of senior catering leadership experience. We are delighted to share that we have opened the new destination of “Northamptonshire Teaching School Hub” (NTSH). Our new home supports our mission to be a centre of excellence for every teacher and leader in Northamptonshire.
Following its recent Ofsted inspection, Brooke Weston Academy has been awarded a ‘Good’ rating. The inspectors found the Corby-based school, which is part of the Brooke Weston Trust, to be highly effective with several outstanding features, including its Sixth-form provision and its approach to the personal development of its students.
