A well-respected employee of Brooke Weston Trust, CCF Leader, Nigel Barrett, has been awarded the prestigious HM Lord-Lieutenant’s ‘Certificate for Meritorious Service’.
Colleagues from Thrapston Primary School, were visited by senior members of our Trust yesterday, as part of Andrew Campbell’s CEO Roadshow – which began at the start of the academic year, to meet everyone face to face in each of our 11 schools and re-share his vision and the goals for BWT over the coming year, reinforcing what makes BWT so special.

The school year has kicked off to a great start for Thrapston Primary School, as it celebrates officially joining our Trust on October 1st 2023.
Staff, students and parents at KSA are proudly celebrating this week - after securing high praise from Ofsted inspectors in their latest report.
Oakley Vale Primary School is celebrating a very positive Ofsted (ungraded) monitoring visit. The resulting report has maintained the school’s ‘Good’ rating and inspectors noted evidence of practice they would consider to be outstanding.
Ofsted inspectors praised the school across a number of areas, from the quality of education to the leadership and management, highlighting the behaviour & attitudes of pupils as ‘excellent’.
Corby Business Academy has received a prestigious award for its excellent history teaching provision.
The school has been commended for its exemplary standards in the key areas of teaching and learning, leadership, curriculum, achievement and enrichment around the subject of History.
