Congratulations to three teachers from our Trust primary schools who are celebrating after passing GCSEs in Spanish. Claire McIlhiney from Beanfield Primary and Caroline Byrne from Compass Primary both gained As while Stella Goatley also from Beanfield gained a C, the highest mark possible in the foundation paper that she sat.
Adventure training, watermanship first aid and survival skills were just a few of the adventurous and military activities that the Brooke Weston Trust’s CCF cadets enjoyed during their recent annual camp.

Mr Mike McGeown is looking forward to his new role as Brooke Weston Trust’s first Director of Humanities. He is currently responsible as Head of Humanities, Business and Social Sciences at a large Northamptonshire comprehensive and is the only appointee on the Trust Director team appointed from an external school.

Welcome to our two newly appointed Interim Trust Directors of Maths, Mr Chris Woolhouse from the primary phase and Mr Andy Kirk who will work with secondary colleagues.
Thanks to Brooke Weston Academy's DT technician, Mr Darren Hooper, who has spent hours making a trophy cabinet for Beanfield Primary School. The finished product, made of fingerjointed plywood, features shelves and a sliding perspex screen.
