Competition between all potential new, and existing suppliers will be dealt with fairly, equitably and transparently.
We recognise many smaller local suppliers may not be aware of the need for us to follow strict guidance in relation to the spending of public money. Brooke Weston Trust operates as a single purchasing authority therefore are obliged to adhere to the UK Public Contract Regulations thresholds when it comes to aggregated spend. However this opens greater opportunity for suppliers to bid for work across our all our schools.
Brooke Weston Trust will work with appointed suppliers to secure deliverables are of the highest standard and demonstrate best value for money, to make sure funds are available to enhance the education of the pupils within our schools.

Working with Brooke Weston trust
Brooke Weston Trust will use public sector frameworks, when a suitable framework is available. The Department for Education recommend frameworks suitable for Schools and Academies on their Buying For Schools website. Suppliers are encouraged to take the opportunity to join these frameworks when possible. Suppliers should contact Public Sector Buying Organisations directly to learn more about these opportunities.
