We have 25 years experience of running successful schools that enhance young people’s lives.
As a Trust made up of a family of ten primary and secondary schools we employ nearly a thousand passionate people across a huge variety of mainstream and specialist teaching and support roles. We actively promote career progression and make it a priority that our staff are happy and fulfilled.
Through our first class teaching school we provide bespoke training and coaching for our staff and we have a long track record of developing our staff into middle and senior leadership roles.
As we continue to grow, the career opportunities available are becoming greater and a BWT employee can expect to work on exciting projects, collaborate with colleagues across our schools and receive secondment opportunities.
Staff morale is high and our people are proud to be part of the Brooke Weston Trust. We are delighted that a recent survey in September 2017 indicated that more than three quarters of staff would want their next position to be within the Trust.
If you are passionate and would like a career in which you are supported, receive training and have development opportunities then our Trust is the place for you.
