The Compass Academy (formerly known as the Kettering Science Academy Primary) opened its doors under its new name in September 2016. It has been part of the Brooke Weston Trust since 2013 and is led by Principal Jo Fallowell.
We recognise that we can help our children make the most of their talents throughout their life through our core values of Aspiration, Responsibility, Respect, Resilience & Co-operation .
Our children are our top priority; we keep them at the heart of our work. To support our children to achieve their best possible outcome, we equip them with the skills and aspirations they need to start exploring the world and their place within it.
We value each child as an individual and throughout their time with us we aim to nurture the whole child. We believe that education is most successful when there is a strong partnership between school and home. With your help and support we aim to work together to provide a caring and stimulating environment in which your child will thrive and develop as an individual.

Re Edutwitter comments on workload whilst at home. BWT employs c. 500 teachers and c. 400 support staff. Their welfare is my top priority. I trust them completely to work from home as best they can. I'd be livid if I felt for one minute we'd got the balance of that message wrong.
You should only send your child to school on Monday if you have to, because your work is critical to our COVID-19 response. If you are able to keep your child at home, you should. #StayHomeSaveLives https://t.co/FKE0y9469u
BWT schools are monitoring the current situation regarding Covid-19 contingency planning & seeking advice from relevant authorities. More information will be published tomorrow in light of decisions taken by Government. All further communications will be posted on our websites.
