Compass Primary Academy

The Compass Academy (formerly Kettering Science Academy Primary) opened its doors under its new name in September 2016. It has been part of the Brooke Weston Trust since 2013 and is led by Principal Jo Fallowell.

We recognise that we can help our children make the most of their talents throughout their life through our core values of Aspiration, Responsibility, Respect, Resilience & Co-operation .

Little Explorers is our pre school which provides a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for our youngest children.

Our children are our top priority; we keep them at the heart of our work. To support our children to achieve their best possible outcome, we equip them with the skills and aspirations they need to start exploring the world and their place within it.

We value each child as an individual and, throughout their time with us, we aim to nurture the whole child. We believe that education is most successful when there is a strong partnership between school and home. With your help and support we aim to work together to provide a caring and stimulating environment in which your child will thrive and develop as an individual.

    − are able to bring motivation, passion, patience and the ability to emotionally support children who are from vulnerable backgrounds and situations;

    Then this is the job for you.

    Our Trust was formed more than 25 years ago with a simple and clear mission – to transform educational performance in all of our communities. Working in some of the most challenging contexts, we improve our students’ achievements by making long term commitments to the community and championing new approaches to improve the life chances for young people.

    Our members of staff are essential to realising this vision, and a happy, motivated and supported team will deliver the best possible experiences for our young people.

    We place great emphasis on creating a supportive and collaborative working environment in all our schools, where all staff can share best practice through our colleague networks.
