Health, Safety and Wellbeing Committee (HSWC)

The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Committee ensures that every Brooke Weston Trust school provides a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

It monitors compliance with legislation, oversees risk management, and promotes a culture that values wellbeing and prevention. Working collaboratively with the Executive Team, the Committee helps shape the Trust’s strategy to maintain high standards of safety and foster a positive, caring working environment.
