It is a privilege and an honour to serve as Chief Executive Officer of a Trust with such a proud history, strong values and unwavering commitment to the young people and communities we serve. Whether you are a parent, student, colleague, prospective employee or partner, I hope our website gives you a sense of the passion, ambition and purpose that define our family of schools.

Brooke Weston Trust was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that every child, regardless of background or circumstance, deserves access to an exceptional education and the opportunity to lead a fulfilling and successful life. Our vision today remains just as ambitious. We want every young person to leave our schools with the qualifications, skills, confidence and self-belief that serve as their "tickets for life" – opening doors to further education, employment and a lifetime of opportunity.

As I take on this role, I do so with a deep sense of responsibility. I am acutely aware that I am building upon the remarkable legacy established by Dr Andrew Campbell, whose leadership over many years has helped transform Brooke Weston Trust into one of the most respected trusts in the region. Under his stewardship, the Trust has grown in scale, strengthened its reputation for educational excellence and improved life chances for thousands of children and young people. I know that many of the opportunities enjoyed by our students today are the result of the vision, commitment and values-driven leadership that he and countless colleagues have brought to the organisation.

I am equally mindful of the heritage and purpose that sit at the heart of our Trust. The Brooke Weston story began with the determination of the de Capell Brooke family to improve educational opportunity in Corby, supported by the philanthropy and commitment of the Weston family. More than three decades later, their vision continues to inspire us. We are custodians of something far greater than a group of schools: we are stewards of a mission to transform lives through education and to serve communities that have often faced significant social and economic challenges.

Looking ahead, our ambition is clear. We will continue to raise standards, strengthen inclusion and ensure that every child can thrive, regardless of their starting point. We will remain committed to social mobility, determined to remove barriers to learning and opportunity wherever they exist. We will invest in our people, develop exceptional leaders and create schools where children are known, valued and inspired to achieve more than they ever thought possible. Above all, we will never lose sight of why we exist: to serve young people and to help them build successful, meaningful and rewarding lives.

One of the things I value most about Brooke Weston Trust is that we are a family of schools. We are stronger because we work together, learn from one another and share a collective belief that education can be a force for good. While each school has its own character and identity, we are united by common values, high expectations and a shared commitment to doing what is right for children.
