Professional Development
The Centre for Professional Development provides high quality professional development opportunities for colleagues at all levels and in all roles across the trust.
Our Professional Development programme offers a comprehensive array of training designed to meet the diverse needs of all colleagues within our trust. Much of the training is delivered by senior leaders from across our organisation. This cross-phase team, encompassing primary, secondary, and support staff, collaborates to create a research-informed, extensive programme that is pertinent to colleagues at every stage of their careers.
To further enrich this offering, we invite other professionals to deliver training sessions. This includes regionally and nationally recognised educationalists, experienced operational professionals, local outreach providers from special educational settings, Ofsted inspectors, and external consultants affiliated with the Department for Education (DfE).
“Really engaging training with lots of ideas given for practical activities and where to access further information – thank you!”
