Our Members and Trustees

The Board of Directors meets a minimum of three times per year, in addition to any extraordinary meetings as required. To ensure continuous oversight of the Trust’s performance, the Board also receives a monthly report from the Executive Team, which includes educational and financial updates.

The Board of Directors is the Trust’s main decision-making body. It sets the strategic direction, ensures financial integrity, and oversees the quality of education across all Brooke Weston Trust schools. Acting as “thinking partners” to the Executive Team, the Board balances support with robust challenge to secure excellent outcomes for pupils. It is accountable for ensuring the Trust meets its charitable and statutory duties while promoting strong leadership, high standards, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
