The Audit and Risk Committee provides independent oversight of the Trust’s financial management, internal control, and risk processes.
It ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and helps protect the Trust’s assets and reputation. By reviewing audit findings, monitoring risk management, and scrutinising financial governance, the Committee assures the Board that Brooke Weston Trust operates efficiently, transparently, and with integrity in all aspects of its work.
