This five-session programme supports colleagues to develop a strong, evidence-informed Reading for Pleasure culture. Participants will broaden their knowledge of children’s literature and other texts, explore effective RfP pedagogy and identify an area of practice to develop. Across the programme, participants will implement and reflect on their approaches, document the impact on young readers and share their development work with the group.
