This practical course supports staff working with primary-aged children to understand and respond to anxiety in neurodivergent learners. Participants will explore the root causes of anxiety, including sensory, emotional regulation and communication needs, and develop practical strategies using structure, predictability and whole-class approaches. The session also promotes a relationships-first approach focused on co-regulation, trust and emotional safety.
