This full-day course supports Designated Safeguarding Leads and Deputy DSLs to develop the knowledge and confidence needed to fulfil their safeguarding responsibilities effectively. Participants will explore key areas including identifying concerns, managing referrals and allegations, family help processes and working with external agencies. The session will also strengthen participants’ ability to lead a child-centred approach, meet statutory requirements and promote a strong safeguarding culture within their setting.
