The Finance and Resources Committee oversees the Trust’s financial health, resource planning, and operational strategy.

Working closely with the Executive Team, it ensures that public funds are managed responsibly and used to deliver the best possible outcomes for pupils. The Committee monitors budgets, capital projects, estates, HR, and IT performance, providing strategic insight and challenge to ensure the Trust remains sustainable, efficient, and well-resourced for the future.
