The Remunerations Committee oversees the Trust’s performance management and pay arrangements to ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with public accountability principles.
It reviews pay and appraisal policies, approves senior remuneration, and ensures decisions are evidence-based and consistent with the Trust’s values. Through its work, the Committee supports effective leadership, staff motivation, and retention—helping the Trust remain an employer of choice across all its schools.
